Program Objectives
To enable students to acquire the knowledge, skills and attitudes required to perform tasks in both the traditional and automated offices. These include word processing, records management, automated accounting and electronic spreadsheets. You will also work at mastering basic grammar, format and composition of business letters and how to perform receptionist duties.
Course Content
You will learn electronic spreadsheets, labour and business law, word processing, databases, automated accounting, business transactions, business correspondance, oral communications, and organizing meetings as well as business trips.
